and guess which one eats meat? Did you guess that the vegan
was the one on the left with the toothpick legs?
If so, you were right.
Believe it or not, some people actually try to engage in
strenuous sports like bodybuilding on a vegan diet. The
results are impressive considering that their bodies are
starved for animal protein, but nothing like the results of
real bodybuilders with a healthy, omnivorous diet.
The malnourished vegan on the left managed to pump some
muscle into his arms, but that seems to be about it.
